A Days Events

Its always nice when the day takes a turn for the worst, but winds up being better than expected. Being bailed on for the second time for the high museum (different girls), I figured it'd be wiser to invite someone more reliable... a homie. So me and Geronimo cruised it out to Atlanta to check out some seriously surreal work by Salvador Dali.
This photograph was a true work of art. Skull formed by some naked chicks. Genious.
This painting is bigger than you can imagine. Around 1o feet tall, it leaves you dwarfed and Dali even more so as he sleeps in the bottom center.

After getting our fill of a genious' dreamland, we skated a ledge over some dirt right across the street from the high at the Marta station. No photos or clips, but a grayed old black dude bitched at us for 20 minutes, after I politely asked him to move his car from in front of the ledge to any of the hundreds of feet of curb space without a ledge being skated in front of it. He, in turn, pulled a jack out of his trunk which he threatened to club me with, but after he realized he was dealing with brew swet, and I wasn't gonna put up with his old stubborn ass.... he quickly changed his prick-like attitude, apologized, and moved his car. Way to go asshole, thanks for wasting your breath and my time.

After that ordeal, some pizza in little 5 points, and a few pitchers at the Righteous Room, we headed next door to the Plaza for the Stay Gold premier. While the dedicated smoked cigarettes inside, and those a little balsier lit blunts, shouts and jeers could be heard all throughout the packed theater, along with the undertones of countless brews crack-a-lackin.
The night ended with a few choice spots: Bellsouth wallrides, Mellow Mushroom ledge, and 2 up 2 down. Like the saying goes, "Nothing gold can stay..."
